What is Orbira Labs?
An AI layer that connects your existing tools and runs repeated work for you, with your approval. Orbira Labs is in private beta.
Who is it for?
Small and mid-sized teams that lose time to routine coordination: status updates, inbox triage, meeting follow-ups, approvals. If you do the same steps every week, it is a good fit.
Do I need to write code?
No. You describe a job in plain language and review the plan Orbira proposes.
Which tools does it connect to?
We are building integrations for email, calendars, documents, chat, task trackers and code hosting. The beta list grows based on requests. Tell us what you need on the contact page.
Will it send things without asking?
Not by default. Steps that send, share or delete wait for your approval. You can loosen this per workflow once you trust it.
What can Orbira see?
Only what you connect, and only at the level you choose, read-only or read-write, per tool. You can review and revoke access at any time.
Where is my data stored?
During the beta we keep data to what is needed to run your workflows and show your run history. See the privacy policy for the current details.
Does Orbira train on my data?
We do not use your workspace content to train models for other customers. The privacy policy covers what we collect and why.
Can I see what it did?
Yes. Every run has a log with the trigger, each step and its result.
What if a workflow does something wrong?
Pause it from the dashboard, open the run, and see the step that failed. Because risky steps need approval, most mistakes are caught before they leave your workspace.
How much does it cost?
Plans are planned and described on the pricing page. Beta members get early-access terms. Prices may change before launch.
Is it available now?
Not publicly. Join the waitlist and we will invite people in small groups.
How do I get help?
Use the contact page. Beta users get direct support.
